What we know about you.

The principle

This site does not try to find out who you are. It sets no analytics cookies, uses no statistics tool, and shares nothing with advertising networks.

Typefaces are served from our own domain: displaying them sends no request to a third-party service.

The contact form

If you write to us, we receive what you typed: name, email address, phone number if you give one, subject and message.

This is used only to answer you. It reaches the restaurant’s mailbox through our sending provider, and is neither sold nor used to write to you about anything else.

The legal basis is your request itself: you write, we reply.

Bookings and orders

For a booking we keep the name, a way to reach you, the date, the number of guests and anything you added.

For an online order, payment is handled by Stripe: your card details go straight to them and never pass through this site.

The map

The map on the “Hours & address” page only loads when you press the button. Until you do, Google does not know you are on this page.

If you display it, Google then receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under its own terms.

Your choice about the map

If you answer the bar at the bottom of the screen, your answer is kept in your browser’s storage, on your device, so the question isn’t asked again.

It is one line, with no identifier, that never leaves your browser and that we cannot read. Clearing the site’s data removes it.

How long

Messages and bookings are kept for as long as the request and accounting obligations require, then deleted.

Your rights

You may ask to see the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or object to its processing.

One address is enough: info@brasserieaperitivo.be. We answer within a month.
